People have always found music significant in their lives, whether for enjoyment in listening, the emotional response, performing or creating. Music affects our emotions. When we listen to sad songs, we tend to feel a decline in mood. When we listen to happy songs, we feel happier and the upbeat songs with energetic riffs and fast paced rhythms tend to make us excited and pumped up. Music takes different stand points in different people’s lives and it matters more or less to one person than it does to another. No matter what people listen to, there seems to be a common consensus as to why they listen.  Personally I do not have a favorite type of music, I listen and enjoy different types of musics depending on my mood or occasion. How often should you shower

Wondering how often you should shower?  Some people do not shower every day, which is perfectly fine. It may sound counterproductive but a shower everyday could be bad for your skin. Some dermatologists only recommend a shower two or three times a week “not three times a day, but three times a week.  Showering depends on the day and your activity level. You might take two or three showers a day. There’s no arguing about the importance of personal hygiene. But while some people take a daily shower, it doesn’t really have to be a part of your daily routine.  Showering as well depends on skin types as well as from season to season. For example your skin might be dryer in winter in which too many showers can bring an extreme dryness. But a shower every day in summer may not negatively effect your skin.  How many times do you prefer to shower a day? 

Skinny people need exercises as well

 When people think of exercise, all what comes to their mind is weight loss and getting rid of some flab. But loosing weight should not be the only way to step in that gym room.  Exercising regularly benefits your whole body physically and emotionally. Instead of focusing on weight loss alone, you should be exercising to: Reduce stress and anxiety  We all have to deal with stress and getting rid of anxiety but exercising can be an option to that. Doing exercises can help you get rid of your stress in a constructive way.  Gives more energy  Doing regular exercises helps your body become more efficient. Exercise and you will have more energy.  Exercise gives you a better body image Having a great body shape , is the best feeling .
